Monthly updated databases containing documents and publications produced by or on behalf of FAO; Also available on the Internet and on CD-ROM).

FAO’s Photo Library – including photos, audio, video and graphics – available also as hypermedia files on the Internet.

A project of "a library without walls" which will give the users via Internet immediate access to the wealth of information resources stored in FAO - including full-text documents – and provide links to all other relevant institutions, publishers and governmental sources.

 FAOSTAT

A database containing over one million time series records covering international statistics in the domains of agriculture, including fisheries, forestry, food, trade and demography; Available on the Internet, CD-ROM and diskettes, as well as in printed yearbooks and other special publications.

 FAOSIS

A service which provides access to the specialised information systems:

FAO Emergency Prevention System for transboundary animal and plant pests and diseases: Livestock Diseases and Desert Locust Management.

Global Information and Early Warning System on Food and Agriculture;

Regular bulletins on food crop production and markets at global, regional or country level.

Domestic Animal Diversity Information System;

A communication tool for the Global Programme for the Management of Farm Animal Genetic Resources – AnGR.
