NATIONAL RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE FOR SOIL SCIENCE AGRO-CHEMISTRY AND ENVIRONMENT - ICPA ICPA Bucharest |
ICPA is organized in five departments:
ICPA scientifically co-ordinates the Romanian network of Soil Survey & Testing Offices (OSPA), which includes 37 county offices.
In its activity, ICPA collaborates with these offices and also with different research units (institutes/stations) in the field of agriculture, forestry, fisheries, food and environment, most of them belonging to the ASAS's Research Network (research units subordonated or coordonated by the Romanian Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences - ASAS).
The sources of ICPA income are public funds (national and international programmes) and private funds (technological projects, technology transfer, consulting, training and other types of services).
